I learned to take care of my body and be healthy.I learned it by understanding the 4 dimension of Hauora  Physical,spiritual,social, and mental and emotional. we had to watch a video that explains the 4  dimension of Hauora people that had their own headphone and netbook could watch it by their self others had to watch on the TV.then we had to be in 5 group that contains 4 people in these groups we had to do quizzes after the quizzes each person from each group to to make a poster  about the 4  dimension of Hauora.
